The income eligibility level for the Property Tax & Rent Rebate Program has been raised and the max claim is $650 for homeowners. Claimants or spouses 65+; widows or widowers 50+; and the permanently disabled 18+ may qualify.

David Yarnall: Owner & Carpenter

Dave has lived in PA all his life. Having grown up in Richboro he settled in Oakford for the past 25 years to raise a family. He has been married for over 26 years and has 3 children. Dave created his business 31 years ago and Incorporated it in 2001. He has proudly served hundreds of customers by making houses into homes. Dave is a graduate of Council Rock High School.

David Grbas: Construction Foreman

Dave has lived in PA all his life. He has been living in Trevose for 40+ years. Dave has worked as a remodeler and carpenter for the past 26 years. During the past 12 years he has worked for David R. Yarnall, Inc. Prior to that he worked as a kitchen installer and remodeler. He has been married for over 28 years and has 3 children. Dave is a graduate of Bensalem High School.

Zachary Adams: Carpenter Apprentice

Zach has lived in PA all his life. He had lived in Feasterville for 7 years before moving to Trevose several years ago. He has been working for David R. Yarnall, Inc. for 3 years. Prior to that he worked as a salesman and installer of commercial washer and dryers at a family run business. Zach is a graduate of Neshaminy High School.

Marianne Curry: Office Manager

Marianne has lived in PA all her life. She has lived in Bristol 30+ years and has raised her family their. She has been married for over 20 years and has 4 children. She has been working for David R. Yarnall, Inc. for 3 years. Prior to that, Marianne worked as an assistant at Calvary Christian Academy for several years. Marianne is a graduate of Bristol High School.

Zachary Yarnall: Engineer

Zach has lived in PA all his life. He now resides in Oakford after spending the past 5 years in State College. He has been working part-time for David R. Yarnall, Inc for 6 years. Zach's area of study has been in Structural Engineering and plans to focus on an Internship while being a part time employee. Zach is a graduate of Calvary Christian Academy and Penn State University.

Devin Yarnall: Apprentice In-Training

Devin has lived in PA all his life. He lives in Oakford with his family. He has been working part time for David R. Yarnall, Inc for 4 years. Devin also maintains a part-time job at "CBM Lumber Co.". When Devin is not working he is a student attending Bucks County Community College. Devin's area of study has been in Business. Devin is a graduate of Bucks County Technical High School.

Gary Renna: Painter & Paper Hanger

Gary has lived in PA all his life. He has been living in Mayfair for the past 19 years. He has been married for 4 years and has 2 children. He has been working part-time for David R. Yarnall, Inc. for 3 years. Previously Gary had been running his own business, "Gary's Painting and Paper Hanging", for 44+ years. Gary is a graduate of Father Judge High School.
